Ordering Instructions
1) Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued.
2) If there are enough raw materials, the goods will be shipped within 4-6 business days.
3) Pre-orders can still be accepted even if there is a shortage of raw materials for some products.
4) For orders that include pre-ordered items, wait for the raw materials to return to the warehouse, then produce and package them before shipping. This will take at least 1-2 weeks.
5) No refunds or returns are accepted for any products at their original price, promotional price, or discounted price.
6) We do not accept refunds or returns requested due to the buyer's personal reasons or change of mind.
7) If using bank transfer, FPS, Alipayhk, or Payme, please make payment within 24 hours of placing the order, then send us a screenshot of the receipt along with the order number for confirmation. Otherwise, the order will be considered void.
8) Product arrival date may vary depending on the delivery service.
9) If we receive an order from a customer but have not yet received payment, we will not produce the order until payment is confirmed. 10) In case of any dispute, our store reserves the right of final decision.

1) Hong Kong local:
For orders under HK$500, the shipping fee is to be paid by the customer. This fee is HK$30 and must be paid together with the order amount on the website.
2) Macau:
For orders under HK$600, shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and paid together with the order on the website. A flat shipping fee of HK$36 will be charged.
3) Taiwan:
For orders under HK$1500, shipping costs are to be borne by the customer and paid together with the order on the website. A flat shipping fee of HK$200 will be charged.
4) Worldwide delivery:
> Enjoy free worldwide delivery on orders over HK$2,500 (after discount). Orders under HK$2,500 will be charged a flat rate of HK$300.
