Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing from our company! To protect your consumer rights, please carefully inspect your items upon receipt. Our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. Principle
No Returns/Refunds Accepted: Once an item is shipped, we do not accept unconditional returns or refunds.
2. Acceptable Exceptions
Returns or refund requests are only accepted in the following circumstances:
- The item is damaged, defective, or has flaws upon receipt (not including damages caused by the buyer).
- The item significantly differs from the description in the order.
- Other cases deemed to be issues with the product by our company.
3. Application Deadline
If you need to request a return or refund due to product issues, please contact us via customer service within 2 working days of receiving the item (based on the delivery receipt time). Requests made after the deadline will not be accepted.
4. Return Process
- Retain the complete product, packaging, accessories, gifts, and invoice (if applicable).
- After contacting customer service, we will provide the return address and further instructions.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer (if confirmed that the issue is due to our product, we will reimburse the shipping costs).
5. Situations Not Applicable for Returns
Returns are not accepted in the following circumstances (including but not limited to):
- Personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong purchase, etc.).
- Items that have been opened or used.
- Damages, stains, or lost accessories caused by the buyer.
- Requests submitted after the return application deadline.
6. Conditions for Return
Items must be in the same condition as received, unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

8. Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt. If there are any defects, damages, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately for evaluation and corrective action.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund via your original payment method within 10 working days.
