How do I join the Green Leaf Powder Reward Program?
Customers with an existing account will earn points automatically when shopping. If you do not have an account, please create one.
You may also apply and provide basic information during the checkout process.
How do I earn Cash Points?
You earn 1 Cash Point for every HK$1 spent (excluding shipping fees, taxes, and gift cards).
Please refer to the "Ways to Earn" section for all available methods to collect points.
How do I use my Cash Points?
Every 100 points can be redeemed for a HK$1 discount (100 points = HK$1).
Redeem your Cash Points for a reward discount code, which can be applied at the checkout page.
Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.
How do I know if my points have been credited?
Points will be credited to your account immediately once an order is marked as "Paid" or "Fulfilled."
How can I check my Cash Point balance?
Log in to your account and go to the "Redeem Rewards" page to view your current balance.
How do I enter my birthday month?
Log in to your account and go to the Account page to enter your birthday information. You will receive a special birthday reward during your birth month.
Do my Cash Points expire?
Cash Points expire according to the following schedule:
Points earned before January 1, 2025: Expire on December 31, 2026.
Points earned between January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025: Expire on December 31, 2026.
(The same cycle applies annually thereafter.)

Cash Points must be used before their expiry date.
