Ordering Terms & Conditions
All orders are non-refundable once confirmed and payment is completed.
Products will be dispatched within 4-6 business days if raw materials are in stock.
Pre-orders are accepted if certain items are temporarily out of stock.
Orders containing pre-order items will be dispatched after raw materials are restocked, processed, and packaged, which typically takes at least 1-2 weeks.
All full-priced, promotional, or discounted products are ineligible for refunds or returns.
We do not accept refund or return requests due to personal factors or change of mind.
For payments via Bank Transfer, FPS, AlipayHK, or PayMe, please complete the transaction within 24 hours of placing your order. You must send a screenshot of the receipt along with your order number for confirmation; otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
The arrival date of products may vary depending on courier service performance.
Production will only begin after payment is confirmed. No orders will be prepared or shipped until the transaction is verified.
In case of any dispute, no added limited reserves the right of final decision.
Shipping Fees
Hong Kong:
For orders under HK$500, a flat shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged at checkout.
Macau:
For orders under HK$600, a flat shipping fee of HK$36 will be charged at checkout.
Taiwan:
For orders under HK$1,500, a flat shipping fee of HK$200 will be charged at checkout.
Global Shipping:
Free shipping is available for global orders over HK$2,500 (total amount after discounts). For orders under HK$2,500, a flat shipping fee of HK$300 will be charged.
Free Shipping
Hong Kong: Free shipping on orders over HK$500.
Macau: Free shipping on orders over HK$600.
Taiwan: Free shipping on orders over HK$1,500.
Global Shipping: Free shipping on orders over HK$2,500.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are expected to arrive within 5-14 business days after processing (depending on the country/region). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for processing during promotion periods or public holidays due to high order volumes.
Unexpected Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, Duties, and Additional Fees
We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
