1. 送貨服務

1.1 天氣影響

農曆新年首三天及當烈風訊號懸掛、紅色或黑色暴雨警告生效時，或我們判斷運送不安全的天氣情況下，送貨服務將會延期。我們將會聯絡您更改送貨日期。

1.2 不送貨區域

目前我們不支持向任何管制區域及禁止貨車進入的地方送貨。

1.3 送貨方式

我們會透過我們的職員或第三方供應商將產品送到您提供的地址。當產品送達該地址時，商品被視為已交付並由您接收。視具體情況，我們可能會將送貨物品置於門外或大堂管理處（您需自行承擔在任何情況下遺失的風險）。如果您因任何原因未能接收產品，您同意我們有權向您收取額外費用或取消您的訂單。

1.4 時間估計

所有發送商品的時間、日期及送貨時間僅為估計。如果我們未能遵守任何指定的發送或送貨日，將會通知您訂單的進度。您同意，在任何情況下，我們均不會接受訂單取消或退款。

1.5 地址更改

下單後，如果送貨地址或選擇的送貨時段有任何變更，請即時通知我們以便重新安排。

1.6 產品擁有權

當您所購產品已送達您手中，您將成為該產品的擁有人，並自行承擔持有產品的風險。我們不會對產品的損失或損壞承擔任何責任。

1.7 付款要求

如使用銀行入數、轉數快、Alipayhk或Payme，請在下單後24小時內付款，並將截圖收據及訂單編號發送給我們確認，否則視為訂單作廢。確認付款後，如原材料充足，貨品會於4-6個工作天內寄出。若部分商品出現原材料不足的情況，我們仍可接受預訂，需時至少1-2星期。

1.8 運費

  1. 香港本地：

    • 訂單不滿港幣$500，運費需自付，並在網站下單時一併付款，收取港幣$30。

  2. 澳門：

    • 訂單不滿港幣$600，運費需自付，並在網站下單時一併付款，收取港幣$36。

  3. 台灣：

    • 訂單不滿港幣$800，運費需自付，並在網站下單時一併付款，收取港幣$71。

1.8.1 免運費

  1. 香港本地：

    • 購物滿港幣$500即免運費。

  2. 澳門：

    • 購物滿港幣$600即免運費。

  3. 台灣：

    • 購物滿港幣$800即免運費。

1. Shipping Services

1.1 Weather Impact

Delivery services will be postponed during the first three days of Lunar New Year, when typhoon signals are hoisted, or when red or black rainstorm warnings are in effect, or in any weather circumstances judged unsafe by us. We will contact you to reschedule the delivery date.

1.2 Non-Delivery Areas

Currently, we do not deliver to controlled areas or areas where truck entry is prohibited.

1.3 Delivery Method

We will deliver the products you ordered either through our staff or third-party suppliers to the address you provided. When the products are delivered to that address, they will be considered delivered and received by you. In specific circumstances, we may leave the delivery items outside your door or at the lobby management office (you assume the risk of loss in any situation). If you fail to receive the products for any reason, you agree that we have the right to charge you additional fees or cancel your order.

1.4 Estimated Times

Any times and dates for sending items or the required delivery time are estimates only. If we fail to meet any specified sending or delivery dates or times, we will notify you regarding the status of your order. You agree that we will not accept cancellations or refunds under any circumstances.

1.5 Address Changes

If there are any changes to the delivery address or chosen delivery time after placing your order, please notify us immediately for rearrangement.

1.6 Ownership of Products

Once the products you purchased have been delivered to you, you will become the owner of the products and will bear the risks associated with holding the products. We will not be responsible for loss or damage to them.

1.7 Payment Requirements

If using bank transfer, FPS, Alipayhk, or Payme, you must make the payment within 24 hours after placing your order and send us a screenshot of the receipt along with your order number for confirmation; otherwise, the order will be considered void. Once payment is confirmed and if materials are sufficient, the goods will be shipped within 4-6 working days. If there is a shortage of materials for some products, pre-orders can still be accepted, which may take at least 1-2 weeks to fulfill.

1.8 Shipping Fees

  1. Local Hong Kong:

    • For orders under HKD $500, shipping fees will be borne by the customer, to be paid together when ordering on the website, fixed fee of HKD $30.

  2. Macau:

    • For orders under HKD $600, shipping fees will be borne by the customer, to be paid together when ordering on the website, fixed fee of HKD $36.

  3. Taiwan:

    • For orders under HKD $800, shipping fees will be borne by the customer, to be paid together when ordering on the website, fixed fee of HKD $71.

1.8.1 Free Shipping

  1. Local Hong Kong:

    • Free shipping for purchases over HKD $500.

  2. Macau:

    • Free shipping for purchases over HKD $600.

  3. Taiwan:

    • Free shipping for purchases over HKD $800.
