歡迎來到 no added (下稱「我們」、「本公司」或「no added」)。我們擁有並經營網站 www.noaddedskincare.com（下稱「本網站」），透過互聯網提供線上購物模式，並提供一站式送貨服務（以下稱為「服務」）。
在閣下使用本網站之前，請仔細閱讀本條款。閣下使用本網站或其中任何部分，即代表閣下同意受以下條款及細則所約束。我們可能不時更新這些條款和細則，經修訂的條款將於張貼日起生效。
1. 訂購
1.1 當閣下作出訂購時，產品價格以訂購當日所示為準。
1.2 本網站所有產品價格均以港幣計算。
1.3 系統會向閣下登記所用之電郵地址發送電郵以確認我們已收到閣下的訂單。該電郵並不等於就訂購之產品項目作出送貨承諾。
1.4 我們保留權利可全權酌情就任何理由不接納或取消訂單，包括但不限於：
- 1.4.1 閣下所訂購的產品並無足夠的存貨；
- 1.4.2 未能就閣下的地區安排送貨；
- 1.4.3 閣下所訂購的一件或多件產品所標示的價格因人為或電腦錯誤或供應商所提供的定價資料錯誤而出錯。
1.5 當閣下作出訂購時，即表示閣下按商品的指定價格向供應商購買該等商品。閣下一旦提交訂單後，經確認及付款後，不設退款。所有原價或促銷及折扣產品均不接受退款或退貨服務。
1.6 商品的存貨供應於網上顯示，並定期更新，但不應被依賴作為閣下有意購買的商品是否確實有存貨的確切聲明。
1.7 如閣下訂購的商品未有足夠存貨，我們將聯絡閣下告知預計的最新到貨日期，閣下可以選擇：
- (i) 等待訂單中所有貨品到貨後一併送貨。
2. 付款
2.1 本公司接受 Apple Pay、Google Pay、Shop Pay、Mastercard、Visa 信用卡、銀行轉帳、轉數快 FPS、PayMe 和 Alipayhk 付款。所有訂單將以港幣結算。
2.2 我們使用第三方支付服務進行網上交易。當閣下作出訂購時，閣下同意並接受，受其條款及細則所限，閣下的信用卡資料將由支付服務供應商收集、處理及保留。閣下同意及接納，對於在進行信用卡交易時可能產生的損失，閣下單獨承擔責任，而我們在任何情況下均不承擔任何相關損失。
2.3 我們不會收集或保留閣下的信用卡資料。如閣下選擇儲存信用卡資料以便快速結賬，則閣下同意有關資料將由第三方支付服務供應商加密及保留。
2.4 本公司保留權利於任何時間更改網上購物的付款方式而不作另行通知。
2.5 本網站上展示的產品及價格僅供參考，實際交易時的更改或變更為準。

Welcome to no added (hereinafter referred to as "we," "the Company," or "no added"). We own and operate the website www.noaddedskincare.com (hereinafter referred to as "this website"), providing an online shopping model and a one-stop delivery service (hereinafter referred to as "Services").
Please read these terms carefully before using this website. By using this website or any part of it, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We may update these terms and conditions from time to time, and the revised terms will take effect from the date of posting.
1. Ordering
1.1 When you place an order, the product price will be based on the price displayed on the order date.
1.2 All product prices on this website are in Hong Kong dollars.
1.3 The system will send an email to the registered email address to confirm that we have received your order. This email does not constitute a promise of delivery for the ordered products.
1.4 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- 1.4.1 Insufficient stock of the ordered product;
- 1.4.2 Inability to arrange delivery to your area; or
- 1.4.3 Errors in the pricing of one or more products due to human or computer errors or incorrect pricing information provided by suppliers.
1.5 By placing an order, you are purchasing the products at the specified price. Once your order is submitted and confirmed with payment, no refunds will be available. All full-price or promotional and discounted products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
1.6 Stock availability is displayed online and is regularly updated; however, it should not be relied upon as a precise statement of the availability of the products you wish to buy.
1.7 If the items you ordered are not sufficiently in stock, we will contact you to inform you of the expected restock date, and you may choose to:
- (i) Wait for all items in the order to be shipped together upon arrival.
2. Payment
2.1 We accept payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Mastercard, Visa credit cards, bank transfer, FPS, PayMe, and Alipayhk. All orders will be settled in Hong Kong dollars.
2.2 We utilize third-party payment services for online transactions. By placing an order, you agree and accept that your credit card information will be collected, processed, and stored by the payment service provider, subject to their terms and conditions. You agree to bear any losses incurred during credit card transactions, and we shall not be liable for any such losses.
2.3 We do not collect or retain your credit card information. If you choose to store your credit card information for quick checkout, you agree that such information will be encrypted and stored by the third-party payment service provider.
2.4 The Company reserves the right to change payment methods for online shopping at any time without notice.
2.5 The products and prices displayed on this website are for reference only and are subject to change or modification at the time of actual transactions.
